| Descr: | Formed by the Beebe Syndicate by merging the Syracuse Lakeside and Baldwinsville with the Lake Ontario and Riverside. The main line ran between Syracuse and Oswego via Baldwinsville, Phoenix, and Fulton. In 1913 it was absorbed into the Empire United Railways system.
