| Descr: | CQRW was a subsidiary of Phelps-Dodge and managed a smelter in Douglas, Arizona until Phelps-Dodge purchased the Calumet & Arizona smelter in 1931. At that time the CQRW smelter was shut down and some rail equipment transferred to the C&A smelter under the Phelps-Dodge name.
