Join the Museum as a Member

To join the museum as a member, please fill out the form below and click Submit Request. The web site will automatically calculate the dues for the membership category you have selected. Please review your information. If there are any errors, use the "Back" feature of your browser to correct and re-submit the form. Then, chose whichever of the following best suits your needs:

1. To pay by credit card or Paypal account, click the Paypal logo and complete your payment through the secure Paypal web site.
2. To pay by check or money order, or by credit card (if you are uncomfortable entering your credit card number online), print out the form and mail it back to the museum.

After completing your membership payment, you will receive a confirmation email from our membership department. It will contain your membership number and password for the members web site. Your printed membership materials will be in the mail within within 5 business days.
